This weekend, Joe took a recent chile rellenos recipe from the magical Rick Bayless, and made a fantastic Grilled Chiles Rellenos with Seafood creation. As I opened up my steamy corn-leaf package, I was once again thankful I married such an amazing chef. You might want to try a spicy red wine with it.

Oh yeah, this was awesome!! I do thank Chef Bayless for opening my culinary mind to chiles rellenos (translated: stuffed peppers – not necessarily the egg batter, deep friend things we’re used to). WOW!
